How do I install Kiddo Safe on my child's device?
To install Kiddo Safe:
- Download the parent app on your device from the app store
- Create your account and set up your profile
- Download the child app on your child's device
- Link the devices using the pairing code provided
- Configure your preferences and protections
The entire process takes about 5-10 minutes.
Can my child uninstall or bypass Kiddo Safe?
No. Kiddo Safe uses advanced tamper-proof technology requiring administrator permissions and your parent password to uninstall or disable. Your child cannot bypass it without your knowledge. We also prevent access to VPNs and proxy servers that might circumvent protections.
How much does Kiddo Safe cost?
Kiddo Safe offers three plans:
- Basic (Free): Core safety features including content blocking, app management, and sleep schedules
- Premium ($4.99/month): Advanced analytics, unlimited devices, custom blocklists, and priority support
- Family ($9.99/month): Up to 5 devices, multi-parent access, and family dashboard
All premium plans include a 14-day free trial.
What devices and platforms are supported?
Currently, Kiddo Safe is available for Android devices (version 8.0 and above). The parent monitoring app works on both Android and iOS. We're actively developing an iOS version for child devices, which will be available soon.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.
Is my family's data safe and private?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data, are fully COPPA and GDPR compliant, and never sell your data to third parties. All monitoring data is accessible only to you and stored securely. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
